Return & Refund Policy – Aura Joy

At Aura Joy, we do not offer refunds unless the item is damaged or torn at the time of delivery. Refund requests will only be valid within 7 days of purchase and must be supported with proper evidence (e.g., photos or videos of damage at the time of receiving).

✅ Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original sealed packaging.

  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns are accepted only after prior approval. Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as they will not be accepted.

After your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send the package and guide you on the exchange process or issue store credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately (within 7 working days of delivery). We’ll evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.


Refunds (Only for Approved Cases)

If your refund is approved:

  • You will receive a confirmation once we receive and inspect your return.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the transaction.
